    We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork and enjoy it for years to come. If you have any issues or problems please contact us immediately at (412)380-1335. 


    Returns:

    If you are not completely satisfied for any reason we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for store credit (less Shipping and handling fees) provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days from the date of the shipment.  For all returns the following procedures must be followed:

    • Contact us for return approval
    • All artwork must be received by us within 30 days of your receipt.  Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
    • Artwork must be sent in the original undamaged packaging fully insured for purchase price.  Damaged items will be refused
    • Artwork must be in original resalable condition
    • All International sales are final and returns will not be accepted.


    Damaged Shipments:

    If you receive you artwork and the packaged appears to be damaged upon arrival, refuse acceptance of the shipment and notify shipper of damage.  Contact us immediately to notify us the package was damaged in shipment. If you noticy any signs on the exterior packaging that may indicate the artwork inside may be damaged, take a photo of the outside of the package before opening.  If you open the package and find the artwork please take a photo of the packaging and the artwork.  Do not discard the original packaging and notify the shipping company and our company immediately upon opening the package.  Any artwork that is received damaged must be reported to us and the shipping carrier as soon as the packaged is open in order to process the insurance claim.  We work with you and the shipper to arrange the return of the damaged artwork and the sending you a replacement.
